By accessing or using Temio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Temio for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for commercial purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

Our Free plan provides limited access to our platform with 5 training sessions per day and 7 days of history.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $4.99/month. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Temio are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your training data remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.

Disclaimer

Temio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Cognitive training results may vary, and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
